The topic was ‘Artists – Towards a Peaceful and Blissful Life’. Thousands of artists from all over the country took part in it. The program was started with a lamp lighting ceremony.
Mr. Rajeev Jain, Additional Director of Information and BroadCasting Ministry, Delhi was the chief guest. In his remarks, the chief guest said that he has known about the Brahma Kumaris organization for long, but had the good fortune of visiting only now. The positivity one gets here is remarkable. It sustains a person for a long time. Meditation is also an art which helps us navigate life successfully.
BK Kusum, National Co-ordinator of art and culture wing welcomed everybody and said that the key to happy and blissful life is in being a true artist of Rajayoga which helps us to connect with the Supreme Soul.
BK Karuna, Chairperson of the Media wing, in his remarks talked about the significance of the place of Madhuban, headquarters of Brahma Kumaris , which is considered as heaven on earth. It gives peace and happiness to all who come here.
BK Niha, Mumbai regional co ordinator of art and culture wing , delivered the keynote speech and said that to be a divine artist, we must shine from within, which is possible only when we realize the soul conscious nature of our being.
Ms. Jyoti Khandelwal, Director Nrityajyoti Kathak Kendra from Agra , was the guest of honour. While expressing her gratitude she said that spirituality is the diet for the soul.
BK Mrutyunjyaya, Vice chairperson of Education wing, highlighted the importance of artists in society. If they become divine, with their impact others will follow suit. BK Tripti made everyone experience Rajyoga meditation.
Mrs. Aruna Sangal and Ms. Pratima Kannan, popular film and TV actresses were the guests of honor. They expressed their gratitude and said that the visit has inspired them to explore the spiritual path.
