Chicago, USA: Sister Brahma Kumari Usha, Motivational Speaker of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organisation, addressed one of the session of World Hindu Congress 2018 on the theme “Operational Mechanism for Hindus to reach the unreached areas,” stated that “Hindus are spread all over the globe today, but still somewhere we need to join our hands together and be a part of oneness, so that the diversified energy can be united and together we can do wonders, miracles on this planet. Bharat and the Hindu culture, civilization, is the most ancient of all and our civilization is of 5,000 years ago. Initially it was not Hindus, definitely we originated from ‘Sanatan dharma.’ It reminds me of the 4th chapter of the Bhagwad where God promises Arjuna to abolish irreligiousness and establish one sanatan dharma. Sanatan means the eternal truth. We are the ones whose sanatan religion was established by God Himself, which also refers to Swadharm, dharma of the soul or the spirit. Love, purity, peace, happiness, bliss, strength and wisdom is the swardharma. Swadharma of every individual is connected to the eternal truth. Manmanabhav means “Connect your mind to Me.” Sarva dharma parityaj, we need to shed all bodily religions that are diversifying us and stabilize in the consciousness that ‘I am the eternal being, a pure being.’ With His strength and power, we can unite ourselves in a beautiful way. The Bhagwad Gita is the holy text of the entire humanity, which has spiritual wisdom that uplifts us from a religious state to a spiritual plane, where we can unite ourselves in a better way, and there is no diversity on that level. An operational mechanism for the Hindus to reach the unreached is for us to come together under the canopy of spirituality, which is universally accepted by all religions of the world. Brahma Kumaris is now working in about 150 countries, where we are able to gather people from all religions to come together on the basis of spirituality.”
She further told that the World Hindu Congress (WHC) is a global platform for Hindus to connect, share ideas, inspire one another, and impact the common good. It offers Hindus an opportunity to introspect towards improvement and tap into our collective resources to seek tangible solutions to the most pressing issues of our age.
Sister BK Usha was invited to the 2nd World Hindu Congress 2018 held in Chicago, USA, organized by the World Hindu Foundation and hosted by the World Hindu Council of America (VHPA) and Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh USA (HSS).
