The purpose of the event, for which senior Rajyogishave arrived in the capital from five continents, is to share spiritual insights with the people to enable them to see through the current ever-changing world and spot a clear and positive future.
The programme consists of three mini sessions. The theme of the inaugural session, which was held on the evening of March 3, was ‘A stable Mind in a World of Transition’.
The key speakers of the inaugural session – BK Ken, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Brazil; BK Asha, Director of Om Shanti Retreat Centre in Gurugram; and motivational speaker BK Shivani – invited the audience to detach from the world outside and connect to a place of stability within. They guided the audience to experience Rajyoga meditation step by step, and asked them to take home valuable inputs for empowering themselves.
The highlight of the conference were air paintings by Glow Artist from Hyderabad, Vinay Hegde. The paintings combined art, technology and spirituality to touch hearts on another level.
