Mount Abu: Mrs Rekha Sharma, President, National Women’s Commission said that women depicting sacrifice, penance and service must awaken their powers through meditation. In order to end the growing selfishness in relationships, especially women, there needs to be introspection. The woman serves family, society and country in various forms. The responsibility of getting women out of four walls and taking care of the nation as your own family has increased. The change in the mindset of the new generation with the influence of Western culture is creating cracks in families. Only those empowering themselves can empower others. Addressing the inauguration session of the four-day conference organized by Women’s Division in the Gyan Sarovar Academy campus of Brahmakumari organization on Saturday, the Chief Guest said.
She said that due to unnecessary desires of the mirage, the woman does not recognize her inner strengths. The real power lies in our soul, which surely makes our life better. Thanks to the ideology here, many communities of the world are being thrown into a garland. Sisters attached to this institution have dedicated their life to the service of the world, which is a great service. It is our responsibility to engage in social service with the organization.
Mediation destroying vengeful ideas
Smt. Mamta Bhupesh, Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Rajasthan Government said that meditation destroys vengeful ideas. Being empowered does not mean that women should be read, but women who are empowered to communicate energy from internal forces are powerful women. Women should prepare their daughters for their ideas with their ideas. Brahmakumari, full of the energy of spiritual powers, is able to take a consistent society in the positive direction. For the reorganization of the world, the sisters of Brahmakumari organization, giving their invaluable time, are illuminating the Indian culture from Mount Abu of Rajasthan in the five continents. Husband and wife are two initiatives of the same coin. My husband has played a vital role in making my life positive even by taking the life of the Brahmakumari organization in my life.
Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee secretary and spokesman Sangeeta Garg said that under any circumstances, women should not leave an optimistic mindset. By meditation, supernatural power is obtained by connecting the heart of God with the heart, which can be empowered in the critical environment.
Dr. BK Nirmala, Director of Gyan Sarovar Academy, said that it is the important duty of the mother to irrigate children with the best practices. By connecting family thoughts, the family atmosphere becomes peaceable. No one should be given a place for the auspicious desires, and not by keeping in mind the evil nature of the person.
The Women Wing President Rajayogini BK Chakradari said that female power is the axis of the family which can maintain peace in the family. Efforts should be made to make dowry in the form of friendly feelings of mutual co-ordination in children by eliminating the misdeeds of taking dowry. Especially women are responsible for keeping the family united.

Children should be encouraged in encouragement, happiness, self-confidence, patience, mellowness, gentle behavior, affection, cooperation. माउंट आबू: राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग अध्यक्षा श्रीमती रेखा शर्मा ने कहा कि त्याग, तपस्या व सेवा की प्रतिमूर्ति महिलाओं को मेडिटेशन के जरिए अपने साम्र्थय को जागृत करना होगा। रिश्तों में बढ़ते स्वार्थ को समाप्त करने के लिए विशेषकर महिलाओं को आत्मचिंतन करने की जरूरत है। महिला विभिन्न रूपों में परिवार, समाज व देश की सेवा करती है। महिलाओं की चार दीवारों से बाहर निकल कर राष्ट्र को अपना परिवार समझकर सेवा करने की जिम्मेवारी बढ़ गई है। पाश्चात्य संस्कृति के प्रभाव से नई पीढ़ी की मानसिकता में आ रहा बदलाव परिवारों में दरारें पैदा कर रहा हैं। स्वयं को सशक्त बनाने वाले ही दूसरों को सशक्त बना सकते हैं। यह बात उन्होंने मुख्य अतिथि की हैसयित से शनिवार को ब्रह्माकुमारी संगठन के ज्ञान सरोवर अकादमी परिसर में महिला प्रभाग की ओर से आयोजित चार दिवसीय सम्मेलन के उदघाटन सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए कही।
उन्होंने कहा कि मृगतृष्णा समान अनावश्यक इच्छाओं के चलते महिला अपनी आंतरिक शक्तियों को नहीं पहचान पाती है। वास्तविक शक्ति हमारी आत्मा में होती है जो शक्ति निश्चित तौर पर हमारे जीवन को बेहतर बनाती है। यहां की विचाराधारा की बदौलत संसार के अनेक समुदाय एक माला में पिरोये जा रहे हैं। इस संस्था से जुडक़र बहनों ने अपने जीवन को विश्व की सेवा के लिए समर्पित कर दिया है जो बहुत बड़ी सेवा हैं। संस्था के साथ जुडक़र समाज सेवा करना हम सबका दायित्व बनता है।
तामसिक विचारों को नष्ट करता मेडिटेशन
महिला एवं बाल विकास राज्यमंत्री श्रीमती ममता भूपेश ने कहा कि मेडिटेशन तामसिक विचारों को नष्ट करता है। सशक्त होने का अर्थ यह नहीं कि महिलायें पढ़ लिख जायें बल्कि स्व्यं को आंतरिक शक्तियों से ऊर्जा का संचार करने वाली महिलायें ही सशक्त महिलायें हैं। महिलाओं को अपने विचारों से अपनी बेटी को राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए तैयार करना चाहिए। आध्यात्मिक शक्तियों की ऊर्जा से परिपूर्ण ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों का सानिध्य समाज को सकारात्मक दिशा में ले जाने में सक्षम हैं। विश्व के पुर्नोत्र्थान के लिए ब्रह्माकुमारी संगठन की बहनें अपना अमूल्य समय देकर विश्व के पांचों महाद्धीपों में राजस्थान की धरनी माउंट आबू से भारतीय संस्कृति की रोशनी पहुंचा रही है। पति-पत्नी एक ही सिक्के के दो पहूल हैं मेरे पति ने अपने जीवन को ब्रह्माकुमारी संगठन की शिक्षाओं को अपने जीवन में ग्रहण कर मेरे जीवन को भी सकारात्मक बनाने में अहम भूमिका अदा की है।
राजस्थान प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी सचिव व प्रवक्ता संगीता गर्ग ने कहा कि किसी भी परिस्थिति में महिलाओं को आशावादी मानसिकता नहीं छोडऩी चाहिए। मेडिटेशन के जरिए ईश्वर से मन के तार जोडऩे पर अलौकिक शक्ति प्राप्त होती है। जिससे आलोचना भरे महौल में स्वयं को सशक्त बनाया जा सकता है।
ज्ञान सरोवर अकादमी निदेशिका राजयोगिनी डॉ. निर्मला ने कहा कि बच्चों को श्रेष्ठ संस्कारों से सिंचन करना मां का महत्वपूर्ण कत्र्तव्य है। परिवार के विचारों को जोडऩे से घर परिवार का महौल शांतिमय बन जाता है। किसी के कुटिल स्वभाव, संस्कार को मन में नहीं रखकर उसके प्रति शुभ कामनाओं को स्थान दिया जाना चाहिए।
प्रभाग की अध्यक्षा राजयोगिनी चक्रधारी बहन ने कहा कि नारी शक्ति परिवार की धुर्री है। जो परिवार में शांति का महौल कायम रख सकती है। दहेज लेने की कुप्रथा को समाप्त कर बच्चों में आपसी समन्वय की स्नेहमयी भावनाओं के सूत्र में बांधने के कारगर प्रयास करने की जरूरत है। विशेषकर महिलाओं के ऊपर परिवार को एकजुट होकर रखने की जिम्मेवारी होती है।
शिक्षा प्रभाग उपाध्यक्ष, वरिष्ठ राजयोग प्रशिक्षिका बीके शीलू बहन ने कहा कि किसी की आवश्यक इच्छाओं का गला घोंट कर सुखी नहीं रहा जा सकता है। संसार में आधे झगडों का कारण मनुष्य के बोल होते हैं। अपनी सोच, अपने बोल, अपने शब्दों पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है।
मुख्यालय संयोजिका डॉ. सविता ने कहा कि बच्चो को जिस महौल में पाला जाता है वही महौल उनके जीवन व्यवहार में झलकता है। बच्चों को प्रोत्साहन, प्रसन्नता, आत्मविश्वास, धैर्यता, मधुरता, सौम्य व्यवहार, स्नेह, सहयोग का महौल देना चाहिए। नम्रता व्यक्ति को सम्मान देती है, श्रद्धा व्यक्ति को मान देती है, योग्यता व्यक्ति को महान बना देती है। स्वयं को सुंस्कारित बनाने से ही बच्चों को श्रेष्ठ संस्कार दिये जा सकते हैं।
वरिष्ठ राजयोग प्रशिक्षिका बीके रानी ने राजयोग का अभ्यास कराते हुए गहन शान्ति की अनुभूति कराई।
