The Shipping Aviation Tourism Wing Campaign on “Mera Desh Meri Shaan’ Reaches Hyderabad

Hyderabad : The Shipping Aviation Tourism Wing Campaign on “Mera Desh Meri Shaan’ from Mysuru to Mathura Reached Hyderabad from 15^th to 18^th November 2019 There were several interesting creative programmes organised. 

News Summery of service events @ Hyderabad

1. Heritage Integrity Walk at Historical Charminar 

With the message of promoting Communal Harmony and Indian Glory a Heritage walk was organised at 428 years old historical Charminar monument of Hyderabad. Hundreds of people including children from several schools participated in this walk. This was highly energetic, motivating and receptive.

Heritage walk was organised from Historical Madina building to Charminar. Shouting Collective rally slogans were energetically taken (naare lagana). It was well received by residents, police and media.

1. Prog. at National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM) 

NITHM is the prestigious premium institute and unique of its type jointly run by Govt. of India and Govt. of Telangana. As part of the SAT wing campaign a creative inspirational programme was organised on the theme ‘Mera Desh Meri Shaan’ showcasing the unity in diversity of India. 

Students of NITHM performed several Traditional costumes walk of different states, Cultural presentations. Kamlesh didi, National coordinator of SAT wing gave key note address. Brthr Chinnam reddy, Director of NITHM was the chief guests. Members of SAT wing campaign and BK family members of shanti sarovar were also present. 

1. Prog. at Tourism dept. (TSTDC) 

A prog. on ‘Enhancing Team Performance’ was conducted at TSTDC officers and executives at the state Head quarters of TSTDC. Over 120 members participated in this high level programme. 

Authorities of TSTDC announced that the BK – Shanti Sarovar info. will be displayed at the Govt. tourism website as part of the Spiritual Tourism.
