Bangalore ( Karnataka ):  The Brahma Kumaris Chamrajpet along with Shankara TV and Ayush TV hosted a 21-day mega Mela (Fair – Maha Utsav) from August 14th to September 3rd at Freedom Park Bangalore. The Mela was visited by thousands of people who received the Godly message.
The Brahma Kumaris stall was the biggest in the mela (almost 150 feet) and had a beautiful depiction of Swarg (Golden Age), various other posters with God’s knowledge and also a mesmerising Chaitanya Devi Darshan (Live Goddesses show) on the stage. The public benefitted greatly from the program, and were thrilled to see the stall. Some of them felt that they were watching real Devi Devtas (goddesses). The festival was attended by college students, VIPs, and others. The festival was inaugurated in the presence of Rajayogi BK Padma (Sub Zone In-Charge of Bangalore City), along with the Director of Shankara TV. Well-known singer Kavita Krishnamurthy, who has sung various BK songs, also attended the stall. Anand Guruji, well-known Astrologer; Sadananda Gowda, N L Narendra Babu, and many more dignitaries visited the stall.
A Rakhi message was also given to more than 5,000 people along with blessing cards and toli (holy sweet).
A grand spiritual interactive program was also held at Freedom Park where BK Sister Shivani, Suresh Oberoi and BK Karuna from Madhuban were felicitated by TV channels. BK Shivani delivered a special talk on “Restoring Indian Culture through Spiritual Upliftment“. She spoke on the importance of values in creating a society with peace and harmony. The program was successful and was attended by more than 2,000 people.
