Hyderabad: Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TSREDCO), Ministry of Energy, Government of Telangana presented “Telangana State Energy Conservation Award-2019” to Brahma Kumaris, Shanti Sarovar Retreat Centre, Hyderabad. The award was presented to Rajyogini Sister BK Kuldeep, Director of Brahma Kumaris Shanti Sarovar by Her Excellency Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Hon’ble Governor of Telangana State and G.Jagadish Reddy, Minister for Energy Telangana State, at a function held at Institute of Engineers (Viswesvaraya Bhavan), Hyderabad.
These awards were presented for the buildings/ establishments located in the State of Telangana for implementation of systematic energy conservation measures and efficient utilization of energy during the year 2018-19.
BK Kedar, Project Energy Auditor; Syed Abdul Aleem, Chairmen, TSREDCO; N. Janaiah, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, TSREDCO; D. Prabhakar Rao, CMD – TSGENCO & TSTRANSCO, Ex – Officio Special Chief Secretary; Ajay Misra, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to Govt. Energy Department, Telangana State were also present on the occasion.
