Mount Abu: The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organisation celebrated Diwali – the festival of lights with great pomp and splendor at its Headquarters Pandav Bhawan here. The Members of the Brahma Kumaris fraternity from India and abroad came together to celebrate this famous festival,
Rajyogini BK Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris, Mount Abu while congratulating everyone on this auspicious occasion, said that it is a happy day and people everywhere are drawn to this place to share its festive atmosphere. Diwali must be observed as a remembrance day of our Divine nature as children of that Supreme Soul.
Rajyogini BK Ishu Dadi, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris, Mount Abu while giving her best wishes on Diwali, recounted her great fortune at having been chosen by the Supreme Soul to live a divine life. It has given her immense happiness.
Rajayogi BK Karuna, Media Head of Brahma Kumaris, Mount Abu in his remarks said that the real meaning of Diwali is to ignite the flame of soul consciousness within. This makes one glow with Divine knowledge. Pandav Bhawan is the first amongst holy places today, as it is the abode of the Supreme Soul. This must be made known far and wide. He remembered fondly the time he spent here in Pandav Bhawan, in the presence of Brahma Baba, the Founder Father of Brahma Kumaris.
Sister BK Jayanti, Director of Brahma Kumaris in Europe and Middle East Region, London expressed her happiness at seeing the divine family together. She said that Indian festivals are gaining importance all over the world. The time spent by her at Pandav Bhawan, in the loving presence of senior personalities, sustains and strengthens her even today.She wished everybody a happy Diwali on behalf of the members of the divine family abroad.
BK Dr. Nirmala, Director of Gyan Sarovar, Mount Abu said that this place has a special place in everyone’s heart as it was here that all the prominent personalities of Brahma Kumaris rendered their services.
The function also had a beautiful live deity show, cultural performances, candle lighting and cake cutting ceremony well co-ordinated by Senior Rajayogini BK Shashi.
