Indore ( Madhya Pradesh ): President of India Honorable Draupadi Murmu laid the virtual foundation stone of Sadbhavna Auditorium and Shiv Darshan Art Gallery at Shiv Shakti Sarovar, the first retreat center of Madhya Pradesh. Draupadi Murmu was at the Brahma Kumaris headquarters to inaugurate the ‘RISE-Rising India through Spiritual Empowerment’ campaign.
Speaking on the occasion the President said, Peace is a fundamental requirement of man like food and water. Brahma Kumaris are working to establish lasting peace in the world today. The President said that it is a matter of pride that, for the past nearly 80 years, the Brahma Kumaris are making invaluable contributions towards spiritual progress, inner transformation of personality, and revitalization of the world community.
Good society and family is necessary for the country: Lalwani
Member of Parliament Shankar Lalwani said, Lakhs of people will benefit from this retreat center. I have been associated with the organisation for many years, and I have learnt to listen to other people patiently. Personality is being created here. Until and unless there is a good family, a good society in the nation, the country will not progress.
Role of parents is important: Chauhan
Harsh Chauhan, Chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, said, when I worked in the field of education and public culture, I found that the role of two people is important in our life, mother and father. This organization is playing the role of mother in the society.

इंदौर. मप्र के पहले रिट्रीट सेंटर शिव शक्ति सरोवर में सद्भावना ऑडिटोरियम व शिव दर्शन आर्ट गैलरी का बुधवार को राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने वर्चुअल शिलान्यास किया। इस मौके पर राष्ट्रपति ने कहा, देश में आध्यात्मिकता सशक्तिकरण के माध्यम से स्वर्णिम भारत बनने में मदद मिलेगी। ब्रह्माकुमारीज विश्व के 137 देशों में कार्यरत है, जहां 5 हजार से अधिक सेवा केंद्र है।
राष्ट्रपति ने कहा, इन सेवा केंद्रों के माध्यम से विश्व में शांति फैलाने का कार्य चल रहा है। आज मानव को शांति की बहुत जरूरत है। राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने अपने जीवन का अनुभव बताते हुए कहा, आध्यात्मिक शांति का संचार मेरे जीवन में तब हुआ, जब में परेशान थी। यह संस्थान करीब 85 वर्षों से विश्व में आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों को बढ़ाने में अमूल्य योगदान दे रहा है। बहनें हर वर्ष सभी को प्रेम के अटूट बंधन में बांधने के लिए रक्षा सूत्र बांधती हैं।
देश के लिए जरूरी है अच्छा समाज और परिवार : लालवानी
सांसद शंकर लालवानी ने कहा, रिट्रीट सेंटर का लाखों लोगों को लाभ मिलेगा। मैं संस्थान से कई वर्षों से जुड़ा हूं, यहां मैंने एक बात सीखी है कि सामने वाले की बात को बहुत धैर्य से सुनें। यहां व्यक्तित्व का निर्माण हो रहा है। जब तक राष्ट्र के अंदर एक अच्छा परिवार, एक अच्छा समाज नहीं होगा, तब तक देश आगे नहीं बढ़ेगा।
मां-पिता की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण : चौहान
राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग के अध्यक्ष हर्ष चौहान ने कहा, जब मैंने शिक्षा क्षेत्र व लोक संस्कार के क्षेत्र में कार्य किया तो पाया कि दो व्यक्तियों की भूमिका हमारे जीवन में महत्वपूर्ण है मां और पिता का मां हमें संवेदनशीलता का गुण सिखाती है तो पिता हमें समाज व दुनिया के दर्शन कराते हैं। विचार की दृष्टि मां से ही मिलती हैं। यह संगठन समाज में मां की भूमिका निभा रहा है।
