Sydney: The Brahma Kumaris were one of three organisations invited to partner with the Indian Cultural Centre within the Indian Consulate in Sydney.
Consul General Mr Vanlalwala opened the programme together with David Clarke, Member of the Legislative Assembly and BK Charlie Hogg, National Coordinator of Australia. This was followed by a hatha yoga demonstration by BK Kim Wainer accompanied by Heather Lee, a professional opera singer chanting Indian chants; a panel discussion hosted by BK Ami Trivedi on Raja Yoga with BKs Charlie, Morni and Kim; a meditation commentary by BK Morni, Centre Manager of BK InnerSpace Sydney and blessings given by BK Asha Trivedi. Sister Kim also offered a meditation and hatha yoga evening on 21st June attended by a small group of hatha yoga teachers and students.
