Sonipat (HR): “A good society can be built on the basis of this positivity. Spiritual thinking generates positive thinking and this positivity inspires to move forward in life. The Brahma Kumaris are effectively doing this work and spreading the message of positivity through spiritual contemplation,” the Chief Minister said while inaugurating the annual day function of the Brahma Kumaris Sonipat Retreat Center, in Sonipat.
Earlier, Mr. Khattar inaugurated the Dadi Janki Auditorium in the presence of 103-year-old Chief of the Brahma Kumaris, Rajyogini Dadi Janki. He said that the Brahma Kumaris are spiritual thinkers and are showing a new path to people belonging to different religions and castes. The Brahma Kumaris work with the vision of ‘Ek Ishwar-Ek Parivar’ (One God, One Family) and they consider the entire world as one village, he added.
The Chief Minister also said that lakhs of women are associated with the Brahma Kumaris and the State Government has also been working consistently for women empowerment. He lauded the role of the Brahma Kumaris in bringing a positive change in society. The message from Brahma Kumaris of simple living and high thinking has found resonance across the world. This is the reason they have branches in 135 countries,” He announced a grant of Rs. 21 lakh for the Brahma Kumaris from his discretionary fund.
On the occasion, Rajyogini Brahma Kumari Dadi Janki expressed happiness after dedicating the auditorium. She spoke of five values — purity, honesty, humility, sweetness, and patience — and eight powers, amongst which tolerance is the main virtue.
Those present at the occasion included Member of Parliament Ramesh Kaushik, Women and Child Development Minister Kavita Jain and other dignitaries.

आध्यात्मिकता जीवन में सकारात्मक सोच पैदा करती है : सीएम खट्टर
मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि आध्यात्मिक सोच से जीवन में सकारात्मकता पैदा होती है और यही सकारात्मकता जीवन में आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित करती है। सकारात्मकता के बल पर ही एक अच्छे समाज का निर्माण किया जा सकता है। ब्रह्मकुमारी मिशन भी इस कार्य को बखूबी कर रहा है और समाज में अपने आध्यात्मिक चिंतन के जरिए सकारात्मकता का संदेश देते हुए अच्छी सोच पैदा कर रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल रविवार को जीटी रोड से सटे गांव नांगल खुर्द में ब्रह्मकुमारी रिट्रिट सेंटर में लोगों को संबोधित कर रहे थे।
उन्होंने इसी परिसर में 103 वर्षीय दादी जानकी की उपस्थिति में दादी जानकी आॅडिटोरियम का उद्घाटन किया और रिट्रिट सेंटर के पांचवें सालाना उत्सव का शुभारंभ भी किया। सीएम ने इस दौरान रिट्रिट सेंटर के विकास के लिए 21 लाख रुपए देने की घोषणा भी की। मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि ब्रह्मकुमारी आध्यत्मिक विचारधारा है और यह अलग-अलग धर्मों, जातियों के लोगों को एक नई राह दिखाने का कार्य कर रही है। देश और विदेश के सैकड़ों गांवों और कस्बों में ब्रह्मकुमारीज की हजारों शाखाएं चल रही हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि संस्था की सोच एक ईश्वर-एक परिवार की सोच के तहत कार्य कर रही है और पूरे विश्व को एक परिवार के तौर पर मानते हुए आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हम जैसे-जैसे विकास कर रहे हैं, अनेकों समस्याएं हमारे सामने चुनौतियां बनी खड़ी हैं। इन्हीं चुनौतियों से निपटना है।
दादी जानकी ने पांच गुणों पर चर्चा की
दादी जानकी ने पांच गुणों की चर्चा की है जिनमें पवित्रता, सत्यता, नम्रता, मधुरता, शालीनता शामिल हैं। इसके साथ ही आठ गुणों की भी बात की जिनमें सहनशक्ति सबसे बड़ा गुण है, अपने अंदर समाने की शक्ति, सामना करने की शक्ति, समेटने की शक्ति, परखने, निर्णय और सहयोग करने के गुण शामिल हैं।
इस अवसर पर शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री कविता जैन, सांसद रमेश कौशिक, ब्रह्मकुमारीज के पंजाब रीजन के चीफ अमिर चंद, पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट के जस्टिस एके जिंदल, उपायुक्त विनय सिंह, एसपी प्रतीक्षा गोदारा, एडीसी जयबीर सिंह आर्य, एसडीएम प्रशांत पंवार, सहित सैकड़ों गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।
