Mount Abu: The Conference-cum-Meditation Retreat on “Unlocking Secrets of Life Management” inaugurated at Harmony Hall, Gyan Sarovar, here by the joint efforts of Brahma Kumaris and Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation’s Scientist and Engineers Wing. More than 500 delegates from all over lndia and Nepal took part in the conference.
Rajyogi BK Mohan Singhal, Vice Chairperson of Scientists and Engineers wing, clarified the aim of this seminar and said that the life has 6 important phases. In order to understand them clearly, different seminars have been arranged. The topics are Direction of life, Preferences, Art of speaking, Managing the mind, Sweetness in relationship and Managing pain and criticism. With the knowledge of all these aspects we can be happier in life. We must practice yoga or inward journey regularly by which many secrets of life get revealed to us.
Mr. DV Sastry, ED, HRD, GAIL, said our mind is extremely powerful but we use a very meagre part of it. To manage life successfully we need to have control over self. It is a matter of contemplation because the mind is very fickle. By regular practice of yoga mind becomes stable and many secrets of life get revealed.
Mr. Shambhu prasad, Senior Programmer Specialist in World Bank, Kathmandu said, mere physical health cannot make us successful . Our inner powers must be strong and perfect and this is possible only by Rajyoga which is taught here.
BK Arun Sahoo, Additional G.M. Rourkela Plant, stated that he has detailed the delegates about Brahma Kumaris Organisation. Mr. Jawahar Mehta, ex Wing Commander said that he learnt the art 48 years ago and advised all the delegates to know the technique of Rajyoga.
Rajyogini BK Godavari, Zonal Co-ordinator of Scientist and Engineers wing, Mumbai, blessed the program with best wishes. She said unless we know the real thyself, life has no meaning, it is a mere waste. Know the self and the God. Once you realize thyself and imbibe the divine qualities, only then can we make life very nice and beautiful. Make the life colourful with divine colours.
Mr. Bharat Bhushan, Zonal Co-ordinator of Scientist and Engineers wing, Panipat, said that we are spirits, the souls. We must know what is soul and experience it. He said to make life perfect be positive, wake up early and give respect to others. Forgiveness renders life beautiful. He said energise self and never leave the company of courage.
