Mount Abu: The Jurists Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation of Brahma Kumaris Headquarters, organized an All India Jurists’ Conference on theme “Revelation of God, the Supreme Soul, by the essence of Wisdom taught in the Shrimad Bhagvad Gita.” at the Harmony Hall of Gyan Sarovar here.
The Chief Guest, Justice A.K.Patnaik, Retired Judge of Supreme Court, New Delhi while inaugurating the conference said that the whole world is lost in the pursuit of materialism whereas Brahma Kumaris here are discussing the Bhagavad Gita’s teachings, which is laudable. He said, “Man can imbibe the moral values in his life from Gita for his own betterment because all the paths of devotion and love narrated there are pure, beautiful and supreme.” He said that by putting all these values together, one can fill his life with love and bliss.
As a Special Guest, A.S. Pachhapure, Retired Judge, High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru said, “I am in contact with BK organisation since 1993. I was not spiritual earlier but now I am becoming. I feel the jurists must be spiritual, without which even if they want to do justice to their profession and to the society it is impossible.” He said, “In our country only 20% of criminals are being punished and the remaining 80% are escaping, why it is so? In Germany and the US 98 – 99% receive their due punishment.” He said that the role of our investigating officials is always under doubt. He said, “The teachings of the Bhagvad Gita give us the most powerful moral strength required. We are going to learn that here and we will try to apply them practically in our life.”
BK B.L. Maheshwari, Chairperson, Jurists Wing from Jodhpur, quoted, “Bhagvad Gita is Universal.”
Maharaja Raghubir Singh, former Maharaja of Sirohi, Rajasthan, as a Royal Guest of Honour in his speech on this occasion narrated the history and the greatness of Mount Abu. Addressing the delegates, he said that they are now in the holiest place for which they must feel proud and praise their great fortune.
Jagmal Singh Choudhary, Member of Bar Council of Jodhpur, as a Guest of Honour said that he believes the cause of all crimes is anger in man; that is what is responsible. He said that if the mind is full of love and compassion, the life becomes peaceful and happy.
Justice B B Gupta, Judge of Delhi High Court, said, “Somewhere in the system of our justice there is something wrong that real justice is not always available. On the basis of the Wisdom of Gita efforts must be made to eliminate that flaw from the system.”
Srikant Kumar Nayak, Bar Association President of Orissa High Court, Cuttack, said, “In the present society the efficiency of people is deteriorating. The power of patience and perseverance is vanishing, in the absence of which justice is very difficult. It is therefore very essential to develop these powers.”
Dr. Rashmi Oza, National Coordinator of the Jurists Wing, Mumbai, elaborated the aims and object of this conference. She said, “As per Bhagvad Gita, our thoughts itself are considered as actions, mental actions. So one must be very careful at the source of thoughts, that is mind.”
Rajyogini BK Pushpa, Vice Chairperson, Jurists Wing, New Delhi, conducted the Raja Yoga meditation practically.

जीवन को पवित्र बनाता है गीता का ज्ञान
ज्ञान सरोवर में न्यायवेताओं का राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन आरंभ
माउंट आबू, २३ जून। प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय के ज्ञान सरोवर अकादमी परिसर में शनिवार को संगठन के न्यायविद सेवा प्रभाग के बैनर तले तीन दिवसीय न्यायवेताओं का राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन दीप प्रज्जवल के साथ आरंभ हुआ।
सम्मेलन के उदघाटन सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए उच्चत्तम न्यायालय पूर्व न्यायाधीश ए.के. पटनायक ने कहा कि श्रीमद्भगवद गीता का ज्ञान के महावाक्य जीवन को पवित्र आचरण से श्रृंगारित करने वाले हैं। ब्रह्माकुमारी संगठन लंबे समय से आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों को लेकर समाज को एक सूत्र में पिरोने का जो कार्य कर रहा है उसके परिणाम सार्थक सिद्व हो रहे हैं। ज्ञान और योग के सुंदर समन्वय की श्रीमद्भगवदगीता जीवन के कठिनत्तम पलों से उबारने में सक्षम है। जीवन को प्रश्नों में उलझाने की बजाय समर्पण व विश्वास से कर्म करने चाहिए। गीता का ज्ञान पूर्णत: आध्यात्मिक है। भौतिकता की दौड़ में उलझा हुआ मानव गीता ज्ञान से स्वयं के जीवन को श्रेष्ठ बना सकता है।
सिरोही पूर्व महाराजा, पदमश्री रघुबीर सिंह ने संगठन के इतिहास की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि ब्रह्माकुमारी संगठन विश्व को मूल्यों का पाठ पढ़ाकर समाज को नई दिशा देने में अहम भूमिका अदा कर रहा है। इस पवित्र स्थान से विश्व परिवर्तन का कार्य हो रहा है।
कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश ए.एस. पच्चापुरे ने कहा कि न्याय के क्षेत्र में प्रमाणिकता से न्याय करने के लिए आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों को अपना अति आवश्यक है। आध्यात्मिक शक्ति के अभाव में निर्णय करने बेहद मुश्किल होता है। गीता की शिक्षाओं को जीवन में अपनाने से मूल्य स्वत: ही कार्य करने लगते हैं।
न्यायविद प्रभाग अध्यक्ष बीके महेश्वरी ने कहा कि विश्व उत्थान के लिए गीता ज्ञान एक वैश्विक साधन है। गीता मूल्यों को लेकर मानव को न केवल जागृत करती है बल्कि आचरण को बेहतर बनाने में भी सहायक है।
उड़ीसा उच्च न्यायालय बार ऐसोसिएशन अध्यक्ष श्रीकांत कुमार नायक ने कहा कि हर वर्ग के लोगों में सहनशीलता व धैर्यता की क्षमता कम होती जा रही है। इन गुणों के बिना न्याय की अपेक्षा रखना निरर्थक है।
दिल्ली से आए न्यायमूर्ति बी.बी. गुप्ता ने कहा कि आध्यात्मिकता के जरिए ही न्याय प्रणाली की व्यवस्था उचित न्याय दिलाती है। गीता ज्ञान अवश्य ही श्रेष्ठ न्याय व्यवस्था लागू करने में लाभदायक सिद्ध होगा।
प्रभाग की राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष बीके पुष्पा बहन ने सम्मेलन सहभागियों को राजयोग का अभ्यास कराया। प्रभाग की राष्ट्रीय संयोजिका बीके डॉ. रश्मि ओझा ने सम्मेलन के उद्देश्य पर प्रकाश डाला। मुख्यालय संयोजिका बी के लता बहन ने मंच का संचालन किया।
