Mount Abu (RJ): The Sports Wing of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation and Brahma Kumaris jointly organised a 3-Day Conference at Gyan Sarovar Academy in Mount Abu to highlight the importance of Rajyoga for the Sportsmen to enhance their skills and all round performance to their excellence during competitions.
Dr. Gurdeep Singh, Former Joint Secretary, Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi as a Chief Guest said, “Science and Spirituality together can make wonders. Along with physical and technical training of the players, it is very essential to train the Mind. So that while playing, at the time to take a decision, one can remain tension free by keeping his soul power stable. Effect of Rajayoga was found fruitful in taking right decisions at right time by having better concentration. The mental ability improves by Rajayoga”.
Colonel Raj Bishnoi, Principal and Director of Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Sonepat, Haryana said, “Player achieves success only by his consistent efforts, faith on the Trainer and Facilities. Player who is conscious of his moral values always performs his best. Rajyoga training imparted by Brahma Kumaris improves concentration of mind and power to acquire moral values”. He was addressing on the subject, Wonders due to Rajayoga for boosting performance in sports by the players. He said, “With the enhanced Mind Power and Skills by Rajayoga, players can challenge in International Sports and win many Medals. In spite of providing best facilities and best training non positive performance is mainly due to lack of moral values”.
Mr. Mahendra Vaishnav, International Cricket Player for Physically Disabled (Blind) from Hyderabad,Telangana said, “Loosing my sight at the age of 3 years has become a boon for me and today I am a part of this International Cricket for Blind. I consider myself very fortunate that my blindness has become the cause for my achievements. Brahma Kumaris have filled me with Self Confidence through their Spiritual Knowledge from my very school days. Due to that I could remain optimistic with positive attitude. It makes easy to gain happiness and learn to become courageous. In 2018 Cricket World Cup for Blind we could be the winners. God’s grace can be realized only by keeping unfailing faith on our own capabilities”.
BK Basavaraj Rajarushi, Chairperson, Sports Wing from Hubli, Karnataka said that God Himself has descended on earth to bestow noble qualities in Man through Spiritual Education. This is the time for Golden Era to commence. He blessed all the players that they must earn Godly medal along with Gold medals in their lives.
BK Shashi, Vice Chairperson of Sports Wing, Mount Abu welcoming the Guests and all the delegates said that the Player should always maintain his joy and enthusiasm under any circumstances. Player with strong Mind and Will Power can only reach the new heights of success in life, she said.
BK Dr. Jagbir Singh, Head Quarters Co-ordinator of Sports Wing, Mount Abu gave introduction of the Sports Wing and their activities in detail. He emphasized the Players to learn Rajyog to refine their skills further in Sports.
BK Rohtash, Life Member of Sports Wing from New Delhi extended vote of thanks to one and all for making the event successful. BK Vasantha, Rajayoga Teacher from Hyderabad did the anchoring of the inaugural event of the conference. Madhur Vani Group of Mount Abu welcomed the delegates with the divine song and Gracy and Shrushti welcomed the audience by their graceful dance.
