Hetauda Nepal :- Interactive Media Seminar- Spiritual Empowerment for healthy and happy society – role of media was conducted on 20 June 2024, at Royal Party Palace Hetauda from 11 AM – 2 PM.
The seminar formally started with the rendition of the Nepali National Anthem, followed by silence remembrance of the Divine Supreme Being.
The guests were honoured by the Brahma Kumaris sisters with traditional Nepali garland, shawl, cap, badge, and flower bouquets. BK Revathi behenji welcomed all the guests to the seminar. After the formal welcome the respected guests lit traditional lamps signifying the invocation of the Supreme Divine Being.
All the respected guests shared their valuable opinions on the seminar topic.
Bk Navraj, Sr Rajyoga teacher Nepal, shared his thoughts that media can now reach every home in various forms so they can utilise this opportunity and spread news with a positive influence and help build the character of the society.
Bk Shantanu National Coordinator Media Wing Brahma kumaris – Mount Abu, India gave insights into the Nepal Media Campaign. Both India and Nepal dream of a Ramrajya but the society is going down due to the downfall of values.
A beautiful Nepali welcome dance was performed by Kumari Saamna.
Brother Pratab Vishta ji – Founder and Chief of Journalist Association Bagmati Pradesh, was felicitated by the Chief Guest Governor Yadav Chandra Sharma ji and by BK Shantanu bhaiji. Brother Pratab was honoured for his honourable contributions and decades of service in media.
Dr.Deendayal Mittal Editor Shrimat Express – Dehradun, India defined the true meaning of healthy and happy society. Healthy society not only means absence of diseases but also building the health, wealth and character.
Bk Sarala Ji – National Coordinator Media Wing Brahma kumaris – Hyderabad, India shared an inspiring message that God has a special place for media people. God has taken up the huge task of world transformation and He needs the help of media to spread His message of Peace and Purity to every corner of the world.
Bk Sunita – Delhi Regional Media Wing Coordinator led a beautiful Rajyoga Meditation experience through which the guests experienced positive and peaceful vibrations.
Respected Yadav Chandra Sharma ji – State Head, Governor, Bagmati Pradesh, Nepal expressed his heartfelt gratitude for being able to come to the session. He said that along with health and happiness prosperity is also needed. Non-violence, peace and humanity is the need of the hour.
Mani Raj Gautham – President Nepal Journalistis Association Makhwanpur said there are more than 50 daily news papers along with weekly and monthly magazines. He called for an impartial, and fearless journalism along with promoting optimism and made a strong commitment to visit Mount Abu Brahma kumaris headquarters.
Bk Vijay Raj Siggel Sr Rajyoga teacher and Motivational Speaker Nepal played the role of the Program coordinator.
Bk Susheela didiji, Incharge Brahma kumaris center Makhwanpur gave divine blessings to the media personalities where she shared that media should include spirituality in their work so that their work will have a positive effect. Didiji inspired media persons to include few moments of meditation everyday in the morning.
B.K.Arjun Sr Rajyoga teacher Narayangad gave vote of thanks.
All the guests were presented with Godly gifts and toli.
The event was filled with positive energy which inspired the media persons to include spirituality in their work.

ब्रह्माकुमारी राजयोग सेवा केंद्र हेटौडा, नेपाल और ब्रह्माकुमारीज मुख्यालय माउंट आबू मीडिया प्रभाग ने संयुक्त रूप से होटल रॉयल पैलेस हेटौडा में पत्रकारों और जनसंचार कार्यकर्ताओं के लिए एक “स्वस्थ और खुशहाल समाज के लिए आध्यात्मिकता में मीडिया की भूमिका” पर कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया।
मीडिया सेमिनार में नेपाल पत्रकार महासंघ मकवानपुर के अध्यक्ष मणिराज गौतम ने सभी के बीच अपनी भावनाओं को खुलकर व्यक्त किया कि उन्हें धीरे-धीरे एहसास हो रहा है कि पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में योगाभ्यास अनिवार्य होता जा रहा है। रचनाएं तब तक सकारात्मक नहीं हो सकती जब तक मन स्थिर और शांत न हो। उन्होंने इस बात पर प्रकाश डाला कि ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ द्वारा प्रदान किया गया ज्ञान व्यावहारिक और वैज्ञानिकता पर आधारित हैं।
ब्रह्माकुमारीज ,माउन्ट आबू से पधारे हुए मीडिया प्रभाग के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक राजयोगी डॉ. शांतनु जी ने कहा कि जंगल में छिपे मोर के नृत्य को आज समाज तक पहुंचाने का मीडिया बहुत महत्वपूर्ण काम कर रहा है। आज वास्तविकता यह है कि दूसरों का डांस दिखाते समय आपको ज्यादा परेशान नहीं होना पड़ता
इसका प्रभाव मीडिया के क्षेत्र में होगा।
नेपाल के नरायणगढ क्षेत्र के मीडिया संयोजक वरिष्ठ राजयोग प्रशिक्षक नवराज ने मीडिया द्वारा राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शुरू किए गए अभियान के उद्देश्यों पर प्रकाश डाला।
बागमती प्रांत के प्रमुख माननीय श्री यादव चन्द्र शर्मा ने इस क्षेत्र में ब्रह्माकुमारीज द्वारा निभाई गई भूमिका की सराहना की। सभा अध्यक्ष के रूप में क्षेत्रीय प्रमुख ब्रह्माकुमारी सुशीला दीदी जी ने वास्तविकता की याद दिलाई कि ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनें लंबे समय से आत्माओंको परमात्माका सत्य परीचय देनेका लगातार प्रयास कर रही हैं और समय की पुकार सुनने का समय आ गया है।
स्वागत भाषण ब्रह्माकुमारी रेवती बहनजी द्वारा दिया गया । कार्यक्रम के अन्त में ब्रह्माकुमार अर्जुन ने कर्मो के गहनगति पर प्रकाशडालते हुए धन्यवाद दिया । कार्यक्रम का संचालन ब्रह्माकुमार बिजय राज सीग्देल ने किया।
